+ How do I book Nicole Gerhardt Photography?

First, fill out our form on the website ( click here ) and tell us your vision for your wedding day.
If we have your date available, we want to meet you! Lets get together, grab a coffee and chat about your wedding plans.
If you live abroad or unable to meet, we can chat through a video or phone call.
Due to the amount of inquiries we receive, our bookings are not final until the contract and deposit have both been confirmed.

+ How many digital images will I receive and what is the turn-around time?

It depends on the size of your wedding, but generally you will receive 400-600 colour digital images. You will receive the images approximately 4 weeks after the wedding day.

+ What are your rates?

+ We have a destination wedding - do you travel?

We LOVE to travel. We have been to many places across Canada, Mexico, Jamaica and Cuba. Contact us for your custom package price. View our destination photo galleries here.

+ What do we get in our online gallery?

You receive fully processed, edited, and downloadable high resolution jpeg images suitable for online and print use.

+ What is a Storyboard collage?

It’s a 10x20 print mounted in styrene board. This print holds your three favourite images that you choose from your wedding gallery. Click here for a sample

+ My finance doesn’t like being in front of the camera

We hear this a lot and that's why you have an engagement shoot! They are a great opportunity to get to know your wedding photographer and get used to being photographed. This process helps determine how the two of you connect so we’re not guessing on the wedding day. We like to keep this process relaxing and fun. It’s a great way to get to know each other. I mean you spend more time with us on you wedding day than your family or friends! How awesome is that?

+ What is a video highlight film?

A highlight film is a 6-8 minute film featuring the highlights of your wedding day.

+ Do I get the Raw video footage?

We do not provide the RAW video footage straight out of the camera, this is for a few reasons, we capture video and audio footage through multiple sources. We also capture many things throughout the day, and there may be an off-side joke or some other item that may offend a family member or friend. (Trust us, it's happenned) LOL We do offer fully edited documentary films that cover the day from start to finish. These films are usually between 90 and 120 minutes in length.

+ What if I want more than just a highlight film? Is there a option for something longer?

We offer full length documentary films. These films are usually 90 to 120 minutes long and feature all the important moments from the day. They will typically contain the full length reading of letters, the complete ceremony, the reception speeches, first dances in full and any other significant events that were captured.
